On October 29, Ambassador Hideaki Matsuo paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Tewelde Kelati, Minister of Marine Resources.
Ambassador Matsuo heard from Minister Tewolde about the major challenges and initiatives currently undertaken by the Ministry of Marine Resources. They also exchanged views on the impact of the current conflict in the Red Sea on its natural environment.
