Biography of the Ambassdor
Joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in April 1987. His overseas postings have included Malaysia (Kota Kinabalu), Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Australia (Melbourne, Canberra, and Sydney). Most recently, he served as the Consul-General in Cebu, the Philippines. He specializes in tropical Asia and Australia. This assignment marks his first posting in Africa.
